You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete information as prompted by the Signup Form.
We reserve the right to change, without notice, the terms and conditions under which Services are offered. You can review the most current version of
this TOS at any time at http://www.ipchecks.net. If you continue to use Services after, modifications to the TOS, you will be deemed
to have agreed to be bound by the changes.
We reserve the right to monitor any activity associated with your use of our Services.
We reserve the right to deny to you, at our sole and absolute discretion, access to the Service including or
any portion thereof without any prior notice. Reasons for the refusal may or may not be given in writing by us.
We shall have no liability to you or any third party because of such termination or action.
We also reserve the right to access and disclose any information relating to your use of our Services,
if we feel, in our sole discretion, that accessing or disclosing such information is necessary or appropriate in order to comply with any
governmental request, protect our reputation, or to protect ourselves against potential liability.
IPChecks services provides the URL's of the black list locations where you are blacklisted, we also, if possible provide the instructions that are
provide by the blacklist in how to remove your IP from the list. We do not provide consultative services or directly aid you in removing you from these
lists. This is your responsibility. We also will maintain the list of blacklists and their associated URL's to the best of our ability. At any time
there may be invalid URL's as these services are often transient.
There also may be a time delay in notification of being blacklisted due to a number of external factors. Notification may not be immediate.
Sharing your account/login information is not allowed.
You are responsible for maintaining the privacy of your account information, including the secrecy of your password.
Although all attempts will be made to provide complete availability of the service, we will not be
responsible for any loss incurred due to unavailability of this service. Furthermore, we will not be liable
for any indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with this agreement, our site, our services,
your inability to use the site or the services.
