Most ISPs and Email Service Providers, block emails originating from computers/mail servers whose IP Addresses are blacklisted.
IP Address could be of your ISP's mail server (which is used by thousands of users) or it could be your dedicated IP address.
There are over 100 blacklists in service today. IPs are blacklisted by these blacklists on basis of Spam Complaints
or various technical factors like
Open Relay Checks, Reverse DNS Checks etc.
When your (ISP's mail server) IP Address gets blacklisted, most emails sent by you to your customers & contacts will either get rejected or
dropped by receipient servers. To ensure that your email communication (in turn your business) dont suffer, it is important to
monitor your IP Addresses' blacklisting status & take prevantive measures if required.
IPChecks regularly (twice daily) checks all popular blacklists to see if your IP Addresses are blacklisted.
Upon detection of blacklisting or delisting of your IP Addresses, IPChecks will immediately send you detailed email reports along with necessary
information.
IPChecks is a MUST service for every email user to ensure that their legitimate emails are always delivered.
Please note
IPChecks is not a blacklist, nor it is affiliated with any blacklists.
IPChecks do not blacklist any IP Addresses.
IPChecks monitors known DNS blacklists to see if your IP Addresses are blacklisted & notifies you.
